JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When we expressed our view that appeal may not be maintainable, counsel for appellant sought leave of the Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge for early hearing of the writ petition.

2. Appellant may approach the learned Single Judge for early hearing of the writ petition. The Court will consider the application on its own merits, after taking into account the Court's roster.

With the aforesaid observation, Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
