When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the petitioner is residing at Door No.23/12A, Kuppuswamy Nagar, 2nd Street, Ayanavaram, Chennai - 600 023. Since, there was only single phase electricity service connection available and the same was also utilized by all the occupants including the tenants, she has submitted an application dated 07.08.2019 along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with relevant documents pertaining to the said property to the 2nd respondent for new domestic electricity service connection and the same was acknowledged by him. During pendency of this Writ Petition, the electricity service connection was provided in favour of the petitioner. However, without ascertaining the above said facts, the petitioner has filed this Writ petition. Hence, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 prays for dismissal of this Writ petition.

2. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for 1st and 2nd respondents and since the service connection is already provided in the petitioner's premises, nothing survives for further adjudication.
