2. The learned Standing Counsel for MTC would submit that this Court, by an order dated 10.08.2023, had dismissed the writ petition. However, in the order copy, the name of the counsel for the respondent has been wrongly mentioned as Mr.M.Aswin instead of Mr.R.Balaji Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel, the name of the counsel for the respondent in the cause title in W.P.No.33130 of 2017 shall read as "R.Balaji".

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy.
