When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.3669 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III of Coimbatore, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
