PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to implement the allotment order issued to the petitioner on 19.5.2017 based on the G.O. No. F. No. V-11025/ NEETPG/26-1- BOME/ DHFWS / 2017/232 dt 25.2.2017 to the 4th respondent College in respect of M.D. Radiology for the academic year 2017-18 as per determination of the fees payable for Government seats at the 4th respondent College and admit her for the same in accordance with law.

ORDER
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no instruction from the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer in this writ petition will become infructuous, as the prayer sought for in this matter is pertaining to the year 2017 - 18.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
