PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner based on representation dated 18.09.2017 to seize the TATA ACE vehicle bearing No.TN-69AD-4581 which was hypothecated with the petitioner's M/s/.Jeeva Auto Finance as per the Hypothecation dated 22.10.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.I.C.Vasudevan For Respondents : M/s.S.Thankira Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)

ORDER

It is seen that the representation, dated 18.09.2017, seeking police protection for seizing the four wheeler TATA ACE vehicle bearing No. TN-69-AD-4581, pending with the second respondent till today.

2.Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the police protection petition filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
