Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents, especially the second respondent relating to his proceedings made in RC.A4/21900/2006 dated 25.11.2006 and quash the same as null and void, illegal and invalid and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits apart from regularising the Suspension period as duty period for all purposes disbursing the difference in salary. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the suspension order dated 25.11.2006 passed by the second respondent by invoking Rule 17 (e) (1) (i) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.
2.After filing of the writ petition, the respondents have filed a counter stating that the writ petitioner has been reinstated and posted as Office Assistant, Taluk Office, Jayankondam. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
