Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue direction to the 2nd respondent for further investigation in Crime No.95 of 2016 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2016 under the supervision of the Superintendent of Police of any other District except the 1st respondent and file the final report within the stipulated period.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.95 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after completion https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.91 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC. He further submitted that the accused namely Venkatesan and Bhuvaneswari had appeared before the Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore and pleaded guilty and the fine amount was also paid on 16.07.2016. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
