Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation 25.10.2019 and the respondents measuring and surveying in the property metes and bounds and fixing boundary stone at Kollapuri Amman Kovil Street, Punnai Village, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District under Survey No.286/44 (extent of 703.75 sq.ft.,) as per patta No.201.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation 25.10.2019 by measuring and surveying the property by metes and bounds and fixing boundary stone at Kollapuri Amman Kovil Street, Punnai Village, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District under Survey No.286/44 (extent of 703.75 sq.ft.,) as per patta No.201.

2. Heard Mr.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner submitted representation dated 25.10.2019 to survey his land and to fix the boundaries, to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition with the above prayer.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2019 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the land and fix boundaries in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.286/44 to an extent of 703.75 sq.ft., situated at Kollapuri Amman Kovil Street, Punnai Village, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, on payment of requisite fees, if not already surveyed.
