ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct further enquiry, add sections 324 and 326 IPC and accordingly alter the FIR registered in Cr.No.1858 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.1858 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC. Till date, there is no progress in the investigation.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file a final report in respect of Crime No.1858 of 2016 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
