This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court, II Additional Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24631 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court, II Additional Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, every Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
