This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1346 days in filing the Writ Appeal.
Mr.T.S.Haroon, learned counsel for the respondent Management, submits that the Management has no objection for the delay being condoned, on condition that the petitioner would not be entitled to any relief for the period of delay mentioned supra in case the petitioner succeeds in the Writ Appeal and that this submission is without prejudice to their rights in the appeal, as the petitioner has no case on merit.
Therefore, the delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal and post the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
