This Criminal Original Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of apprehending arrest in C.C.No.232 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, Poonamallee.

2. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, Poonamallee and taken cognizance as C.C.No.232 of 2023. It is seen that Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner. Therefore, the petition for anticipatory bail would not arise.

3. The petitioner shall subject himself with the direction of the trial Court. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
