CMP.Nos.24047, 24042 & 24050 of 2023 in CMA.No.9 of 2001 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 349 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd appellant and rank them as R5 to R7 in CMA.No.9 of 2001
