The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.20 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Investigation is still not completed.

2. The offence in the First Information Report is against a lady, who was chased out of her matrimonial home, after the allegations of adultery had been made. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
