ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to grant service connection to his property situated in Survey No.69/1B2 at Kallampalayam Village, Chinnakuyilaipirivu, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore.

2. The petitioner has made an application on 06.10.2024 in Application number 200032411024894 to the third respondent to grant service connection to his abovesaid property. Since no action has been taken by the third respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard Mr. Tamilvanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L. Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application will be considered and that the petitioner's apprehension is without any basis.

5. Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the respondents are directed to effect service connection to the petitioner, if everything is in order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
