This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19649 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the abovesaid submission, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
