The prayer in the present petition seeking for registration of the complaint dated 18.10.2019 given to the respondent police, cannot be sustained, in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in a batch of criminal original petitions in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.13681 of 2017, etc., in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police and another. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.
