Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for all relevant records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in its Memo No.7751/PSD-A I/96, dated 08.11.2006 herein to quash the same as arbitrary, unreasonable, improper, illegal against the rules and regulations of the respondent and thereby directing the 1st respondent to declare the petitioner as a qualified candidate (Register No.347372) to select and appoint in the Combined Subordinate Services Examination-I 1996-1999 Re-Examination, thereon consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to issue an appropriate order, enabling the petitioner to be appointed in the post of Assistant in Revenue Department, by relaxing the age, with due seniority and other consequential monetary benefits.

When this writ petition was listed for hearing on 20.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition was directed to be listed on 26.04.2018.
