2.Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit that there was some inadvertent omissions and mistake of facts in the proof affidavit filed and the same are stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application by way of additional evidence, in order to give a fair opportunity to the petitioner, this application is ordered as prayed for.
