ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 186 days in filing Crl.RC.Before this court challenging the order made in Crl.MP.No.10607/2024 dated 11.11.2024 on the file of the Learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under NDPS Act, Chennai in CC.No.226 of 2022 in RR.No.06 of 2022 in NCB F.No.48/1/2022-NCB-MDS.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits raised objection stating that reason assigned by the petitioner is not correct, there is no necessity for translation of papers.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having valid defence to prove his case and seeks one more chance to prove his case.
