C.M.P.No.21179 of 2022 in A.S.Sr.No.116603 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to consider the petitioner as an indigent person and to permit her to file the above first appeal as a pauper.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/1st appellant, learned counsel for the first respondent and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

3.A report has been received from the Tahsildar, Sholingur Taluk, Ranipet District, which says that the petitioner is in indigent circumstances. Hence, she may be permitted to file the above suit as an indigent person.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to sue as an informa pauperis and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
