This Writ Petition is filed seeking police protection for measuring the land.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the Tahsildar has given request for providing police protection on 20.09.2023 and the police is ready to give police protection on 02.11.2023, when the land of the petitioner is likely to be measured by the Surveyor.

In view of the above fact, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to give adequate protection to the surveyor on the date of inspection of the land.
