This criminal original petition has been filed to give protection to the petitioner to fence his property in S.No.118/1B in Palayamkottai Village, Denkanikottai Taluk.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent will conduct enquiry and give police protection based on the representation of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct an enquiry by issuing notice to all the interested parties and shall take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks.
