When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in C.C.No.842 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, had been completed and that the petitioners were acquitted on 27.05.2025 itself, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 2.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
