The matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that this Court, by an order dated 17.10.2024, has ordered the bail petition.

However, in the order copy, crime number was wrongly mentioned as Crime No.266 of 2024 instead of Crime No.228 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, the Crime Number in the order shall be read as Crime No.228 of 2024 instead of Crime No.266 of 2024. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact except for the above said correction.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy.
