O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide the petitioner a certified copy of the F.I.R.No.582 of 2014 pending on the file of the Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.582/2014. So far, the respondent has arrested some of the accused persons and investigation is under progress. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not even provided a copy of the FIR in Crime No.582/2014.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.582/2014. 5.As investigation is going on, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate for a certified copy of the FIR.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
