This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.02.2015 passed in I.A.No.20 of 2013 in ASSR No.1071 of 2013 by Hon'ble Principal Subordinate Judge at Chengalpattu.

2. This case was listed on 16.04.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the same was posted to 05.06.2024. Thereafter, when the case was listed on 05.06.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time till 21.06.2024. Again on 21.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and accordingly, the same was directed to be listed on 02.07.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
