This petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the respondent in not complying with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.5372 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021.

2. The Tahsildar vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3300/2020/A1 dated 27.02.2023, informs this Court through the Government Advocate that the property of the petitioner could not be identified. In particular, in the concluding paragraph of his proceedings, the Tahsildar informs that the property in which the petitioner is in possession and the property for which he has given the boundaries are at two different places, and hence he could not survey the property. The said statement is recorded.

3. It is now open to the petitioner to pursue such other legal remedies as may be available to him in law to enable proper identification of the property. The contempt petition stands closed accordingly. 01.03.2023 Index: Yes / No.
