Learned counsel for the petitioner would request that a direction may be issued to the Registry to convert the present Writ Petition as a Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Accordingly, and insofar as the request is in accordance with law, there is a direction to the Registry to convert this Writ Petition into a Civil Revision Petition and list the same before the concerned portfolio Judge for admission.
