The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents herein had regularized the loan account and seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, if the respondents in future default any payment of that loan amount.

Recording the said submission made and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as sought above.
