The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle has been seized from the custody of the respondent.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report dated 29.01.2024. Same is taken on record. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a memo for Additional Remuneration.

3. Considering the nature of work involved and the time spent by the learned Advocate Commissioner between 16.01.2024 and 20.01.2024. The applicant is directed to pay additional Remuneration of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner.

4. It is made clear that the seized vehicle shall not be disposed or alienated except with permission of the arbitrator is such proceedings as has been initiated or the jurisdictional Execution Court in case Award has already been passed.
