Heard Ms.G.Devi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. The Petitioner, who was working as multi-tasking staff in the service of the Respondent, was transferred from Chennai to New Delhi by Order No.HEPC/VI/ADMN/ML/17 dated 13.10.2017 passed by the Assistant Director, Handloom Export Promotion Council, which is assailed in this Writ Petition.

3. It is borne out from the record that though the Writ Petition has been filed on 13.12.2017, no interim order was granted restraining the order of transfer to be effected. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has brought to notice that subsequently, the Executive Director, Handloom Export Promotion Council by Order No.HEPC/VI/Admin/Termination Order/2018/6080 dated 20.08.2018 terminated the Petitioner from service. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, it is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
