This petition has been filed for direction directing the investigation officer to do further investigation and also file afresh charge sheet in C.C.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy Velur, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been completed and order of acquittal has been passed by judgement dated 07.06.2020 in C.C.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Paramathy Velur, Namakkal District. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
