This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 01.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.10629 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, monthly once i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
