The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 18.10.2022.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner has averred illness as reason for his failure to comply with the order of this court dated 18.10.2022.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons given by the petitioner, time is extended by two weeks from today to comply with the order of this court dated 18.10.2022.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
