This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.14411 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 that ''the petitioner shall report before the District Munsif-CumJudicial Magistrate, Kilvelur daily at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders''.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on completion of investigation, final report filed and the same has been taken on filed by the learned Magistrate.

3. In view of the above fact, the condition to report before learned the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur daily at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders stands relaxed. 03.09.2025 Vv 2/4
