Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ

of Habeas Corpus, to Call for the records relating to the detention order in BCDFGISSSV No.928/2024 dated 07.9.2024 passed by the Second Respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son Jeeva @ Jeevanandam S/o. Siva, the detenue, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at Liberty.
