2. This Appeal Suit arises from the judgment and decree dated 14.10.2019 in O.S. No. 10 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Vellore at Tiruppattur.

3. Both the learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents are present. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 12.09.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel, has been filed. 4.It is submitted by both the counsel that the contents of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise have been explained to the parties and acknowledged that they have understood the terms in full and that they have entered into the compromise.

5. In view of the joint compromise memo filed, this appeal suit is disposed of in accordance with the terms of the joint compromise memo. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part and parcel of this decree. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
