Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an ad interim direction, directing the respondent carry out revaluation of the petitioner descriptive type answers in (Registration No.181224878) in the Departmental Examinations for December-2018 bearing Test Code No.124-THE ACCOUNT TEST FOR SUB-ORDIATE OFFICERS - Part-I pursuant to its Notification No.21/2018, dated 20.9.2018, (in WMP.No.30992/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.NO.30903/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. M. LOGANATHAN, SENIOR COUNSEL for Respondents the court made the following order:- This court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the present Miscellaneous Petition.
