This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to comply with the order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.16994 of 2024 by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai and to re-transfer the amount to the petitioner's bank account.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as directed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, by an order dated 21.09.2024, in Crl.M.P.No.16994 of 2024, the second respondent is directed to comply with the order dated 21.09.2024, in Crl.M.P.No.16994 of 2024, if any amount is lying in the account of the accused.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
