ORDER

This writ petition is closed recording the joint memo dated 09.02.2024 filed by the petitioner and the respondent, that reads as follows:- 'It is respectfully submitted behalf of the Parties as follows:

The Writ Petitioner has filed the above said Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the I Respondent to refund the sum of Rs.19,000/- paid by her as Course fee for her M.Sc. Computer Science Course as she had preferred to discontinue the Course.

The First Respondent has decided to refund the amount and has on 08.02.2024 paid the said sum of Rs.19,000/- [Rupees Nineteen Thousand Only] by way of Cheque No.006344, Dt. 05.02.2024, drawn on Bank of Baroda, SIET College Branch. 03.

The Petitioner has received the Demand draft mentioned above in full satisfaction of her claim. The Petitioner submits that she does not have any other claim against the First Respondent with respect of her admission and discontinuance from her M.Sc. Computer Science Course.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the Full Satisfaction Memo and pass suitable Orders and thus render Justice. No costs.
