ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions that para 6 of the

petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police imposed in Crl.OP No. 22228 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a coolie so he was not able to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.

3. The reason stated by the petitioner is justifiable. Accordingly, the para 6 of the order dated 12.08.2025 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to execute the bond. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
