This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.31024 of 2024 order dated 12.12.2024 directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completion of investigation, final report filed and the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.
