ORDER

(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the complaint dated 30.09.2019 given by the petitioner against the sixth respondent was numbered as Complaint No.451 of 2019 and after conducting due enquiry, action was dropped on 09.12.2019. Thus, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

2.In view of the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
