This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29047 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022 in Crime No.483 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once during the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
