ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that, the petitioner has purchased the agricultural land in Survey Nos.96, 97/1 measuring an extent of 5.86 cents on 11.11.2021 vide registered Doc.No.3859/21. The petitioner made representations before the respondents to remove the pipe lines laid in his patta land, however the same was not considered. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that, they will hold the enquiry by giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders 2/4

within a period of two weeks.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
