O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue separate patta for the land property in Survey No.256/3B to an extent of about 4 acres 31 cents, Punja Hectare 1.74.50 in Periyamanali Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 15.07.2023 and representation dated 30.05.2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner meet out all the requirements, the respondents have not taken any steps to issue patta so far. Further he submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3. Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
