ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint has been given on 10.08.2022, the respondent has not registered the case so far.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the enquiry has been initiated and C.S.R.Number has been assigned in C.S.R.No.318 of 2022; the respondent police will complete the enquiry shortly.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the
enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.08.2022 and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
