[Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu, J.] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in SPl.SC.No.20/2019 dated 23.04.2025 on the file of Special Court under SC&ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Villupuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objction in allowing this petition.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are of the opinion that the delay may be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it for admission in the regular course.
